The handle was purchased from a local hardware store. The bottom is made from 1/8" (scrap) paneling. Transfer decals can be purchased from your local craft store.

This 6" x 3" jewelry/trinket box was made from the center section of 4-1/2" crown molding. The box has 4 sides with a 75-degree wall angle. The matching lid has a wall angle of 0 degrees. The feet are 3/8" wood screw hole buttons.

This 2" x 2" pen/pencil holder is also made from the center section of 4-1/2" crown molding.

This is a 6" diameter ball that was made from 48 individual pieces of wood. It has 8 sides and six different sets of compound miter angles. This would make a nice lamp base or even a large-framed bedpost ornament.
